During my 40 years as a strategy and management consultant and independent director for listed or family-owned companies, I realized how complex the role of CEOs is, serving as a link between shareholder representatives and operational executive management. I therefore decided to create Stratégie & Gouvernance Conseil to support them on key issues, which have become my areas of expertise.

About Bruno Bousquié

Over the past 40 years, Bruno Bousquié has worked with the largest French and international consulting firms. He served as Head of the strategy and transactions consulting entity for France and the Maghreb and Global Head of the Energy sector at EY-Parthenon, and as Managing Partner at OC&C Strategy Consultants. He began his consulting career at Arthur Andersen, where he led strategy consulting in France.
He has also held, and continues to hold, several directorships on Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards, including those of Pierre Fabre as chairman of the audit committee and member of the strategic committee for 9 years, and CEA Valorisation, a subsidiary of the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission specializing in the commercialization of Research and Development activities, for 6 years until its divestment.
